Sorry, but i need help with bidding on 2 Iria 
cels tonight from CPM, Celcurator.
They refuse to deal with Foreigners any more, not 
even Canadians!!!
I did bid and win on their auctions before and 
there was never a problem, but they won't make 
any exceptions :(
If you can help, please mail me. I'll forward my 
ebay ID to you, if needed, so you can check my 
feedback to make sure,there will be no problem 
with payment and such. I would like to pay by 
paypal, but can arrange other methods of payment.
