I've often thought the S&H charge was pretty 
absurd, too- it's just so she doesn't have to pay 
paypal fees- rotten thing is, she charges 
non-paypal customers, too.
It's great that she's finally been coerced into 
admitting on her ads that she "doesn't know if the 
backgrounds match the cels", however, I can tell 
you for a fact, almost ALL of them DON'T match. 
This cannot be a coincidence.
I think Marcia KNOWS they don't match, she just 
gets cheap backgrounds to make the cel seem like 
"more of a value" then pretends she "doesn't 
know'. You know she does.
