As far as Tylor cels go, I have heard that most 
of the cels from episodes earlier than 23 or so 
were destroyed.  But I'm unsure if that is true 
or not, as I have seen a few cels from earlier 
episodes.  But in general cels from the TV 
series, in particular Ayzaln, are rare, and 
usually go for a premium.   Cels from the OVA are 
a little more common, and are a little cheaper.

I've gotten my Tylor cels from online dealers and 
conventions over the past year, and have to say 
it's been kind of fun collecting cels from this 
series.  Unfortunately none of them are for sale, 
but here are a 2 places that have an OVA Ayzaln 
cels for sale.

Use the Cels.org keep track feature, and check 
out a the auction sites, as TV Ayzalns do every 
now and then do appear.
