I would have to say I go with the "mug shot" 
first and foremost because (for me) the eyes are 
the most important aspect of the character. I 
love gazing into Heero or Trunks' nice blue 
eyes :D Did I mention my husband has blue eyes 
too? hmm a trend? maybe ^_-

Profiles don't really do it for me because I 
can't see the eyes :/

Second best I like the full body scenes, because 
I am interested in cosplay so I like to have full 
pictures of a Character's costume. I have often 
bought cels just to have a cel of the full 
costume :) , even if I wasn't all that fond of 
characters appearance in the cel.

anyway, it's just my opinion :) nothing wrong 
with profiles !
