These cost more than a couple of movie tickets,
but are still quite affordable compared to some
popular anime TV cels.
Spawn $71
X-Men $72
Dexter's Lab $96
Despite a convergence on cel prices, the only
American animation TV cels I've liked are the
more recent ones on cartoon network (e.g. Johnny
Black, Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls, Samurai
Jack). Their styles are more characteristic of
anime than traditional US animation when I think
about it...
