Welp, it's all good now!  I contacted the seller 
themselves, and it's cool now :)  Thanks for the 
help though, I was really shocked to see the 
letter.  AND, I dont know if the person sent it, 
or Ebay, but yeeesh.  As if Ebay doesnt make 
enough money.  But, it's all good now!  I tell 
you, some people are just so darned nice, it 
makes me feel better at the world :)
