I just want to say true to their word I have 
received my money back for missing items.  I am 
pleased that this long standing issue has been 
resolved.

I am sorry to have gone down the road with paypal 
& ebay but things were going nowhere & lately I 
got no replies.

I am glad that things are finally resolved and 
all my bad feelings have gone.  

I can't say that i will buy from you again.. 
since you have stopped taking international 
orders.  

I just want to say to other ppl who have 
grievances to get in touch, if my case is 
anything to go by they are comitted to resolving 
oustanding issues.

I would have replied earlier & cancelled the 
investigations earlier but last night the link to 
square trade did not work & just now i just got 
back from a funeral.  I have closed the square 
trade investigation and have emailed paypal to 
stop the investigation.
