If you have an oversize cel or a cel of abnormal 
length, and the image on the cel is off-centered, 
do you guys think it's wrong to cut the cel with 
a paper cutter into a standard sized cel so that 
the image becomes centered in the cel (and the 
cel still looks normal)?
