It's nice to see everyone on this board doing 
something to help, no matter how big or small. 
Today I went out and donated blood at the local 
United Blood drive and I have donated some money 
to the NYC Firefighters Fund. I encourage 
everyone here to give blood at least once this 
week if you are able. Especially if you have O 
Negative blood! That blood can be used on anyone 
at any time and is invaluable in these 
situations. If you have thought about giving 
blood in the past but were afraid of things like 
needles, please do it now. All you have to do is 
look on your TV and see real fear in the eyes of 
those who do not know if their loved ones are 
alive or dead right now. It only takes a few 
minutes and you get a cookie and some juice after 
its all done^_^ Just a suggestion. Money can buy 
a lot, but it can't create blood for those who 
are dying.
