If your brother is too young to understand the 
value of a cel, this is not a good idea. Trust 
me, I speak from experience. If he is, great!

I hate to sound blunt but you'll have a hard time 
finding a fair price on just about ANY cel, 
especially Dragonball. The tulips of France story 
is repeating itself; this time with cels.  ^_^

Ahhh! You are indeed new to this. This forum 
hosts to some of the best collectors, dealers and 
galleries online. Myself excluded. Take the time 
to look at some of their collections. You'll see 
cels you didn't even know existed!  :)
