To my horror, I discovered that 2 autographs on 2 
cels (1 autograph per cel) were slightly smudged 
in the course of transporting my hoarde home from 
AX (I've been too busy to check up on them until 
now).

Would any of you cel experts or artists know how 
best to clean up the smudges so that I can 
restore each autograph's original lines?  The 
smudging is not major, but I'm planning to frame 
these babies really soon and I want to make the 
presentation as well as possible.

The first autograph was written with permanent 
black ink while the second was written in that 
gold ink, if that helps in any way.

On a related note, what is the best way to clean 
cels (those that have a little dirt, dust, etc.)?
