its kinda easy to find out who it was that sold 
it since you mentioned it being sold on ebay. ^.~ 
that said... i've dealt with this seller many 
many times, and he ships the same way to 
everyone. the cel is placed in the smaller folder 
and taped to the inside of the box to prevent it 
from being shifted around inside of the box - and 
also so they don't put the tape directly on the 
cel itself or even the cel bag. i've not received 
a cel in damaged condition from them before, its 
always arrived safe, sound and in the condition 
stated either on the auction or their website.

my advice?  since you contacted them already, 
wait for their response. i don't see the need to 
have posted here, but thats just my opinion. 

good luck. the folks who run the auctions/site 
are *very* nice to deal with.
