The movie opened in various theaters around Japan 
on September 1st. A small amount of cels were 
given away to some of the very first theater 
goers (I was told it was around 2000 cels split 
among certain theaters)  Other than that I wish I 
could say when the movie cels are being 
released..but if they follow the release trend of 
the TV series...er than there really isn't much 
of a release at all ^_^;;
