The most emotional cel in my teeny collection is 
hands down this one of Mo-chan from the final 
episode of the Master of Mosquiton OVA series. 
He's just sent a teary Inaho back to earth and is 
about to destroy the O-Part. **sniffles before 
breaking into waterfall anime tears** POOR MO-
CHAAAAAAN!
