Hmm... There are alot of things I look for.  Most 
of my cels fit into one of these cartagories.  If 
it's something I can identify with.  For example, 
the Sakura cel with the batons caught my eye 
because I spent 6 years baton twirling.  Another 
catagory is characters I like or a scene I 
remeber quite well from a series.  Most of the 
time it's just something about it that draws my 
attention.
