a long time ago now I've bought a cel from ebay ( 
yes, it's stupid!) and paid it via bidpay. I 
haven't received it yet and I'm really afraid. 
it's not the only paid cel I don't receive and 
now I really don't know what I can do. total 
value is 325$ and 192$....please give me advice.
