The sea Prince and the Fire child is known as 
Siruis no Densetsu. Actually cels for this movie 
are around you just have to look for them 
(constantly). I have seen some of the Cels in bad 
shape but I currently have four (and am always 
looking for more) and they are in VERY good 
condition with only slight line fading. But 
Slight line fading after 20 years is a damn good 
thing to me. I would tell you to go to my site to 
look at them all but It is currently down because 
Ia m working on a new layout, But I can post a 
image of one of the four I have. The image it 
self is in the far right hand corner but the 
actually piece of acetate is huge. It JUST fit's 
in my cel book
