I've noticed some cels appearing from the recent 
series "Galaxy Angel" on Yahoo Japan Auctions.  
Did they really make the show with cels, or was 
it colored on computer?  IIRC, it was done by 
Madhouse.  So Madhouse is still using cels?  
(This is a good thing if true!)
