Maybe you should try emailing Keigo Or CindyV. It 
usually takes Keigo one week or even less to get 
me my invoices. And he usually waits until he 
recieves all the cels you bid for before he sends 
you your shipping invoice. That way he can ship 
together. All in all it takes about half a month 
maybe a bit more depending on how far your 
auctions were set apart (if more than one). And 
how long it takes the Seller to Ship to Keigo.

But I would wait atleast a week and a half before 
emailing Keigo about your invoice. I've learned 
you just have to be patient because Celga has 
lots of auctions to bid on and invoices to get 
ready. if it's been longer than 2 weeks you might 
want to give Keigo a nice reminder message.
