I send IPMOs out by regular mail too ^^; so it's 
not that expensive. Sato also understands hectic 
work schedules so I try to mail out in the week, 
at least.

As for Celga, besides that last terrible PR issue 
(reason why he took on 'partners,' otherwise I've 
had some poor experiences with Keigo relative to 
the other places), and other issues... 

Paypal - Japanese banks are FICKLE. In fact, I 
think Paypal took Japan off their int'l list, not 
sure, because the banks there are so difficult to 
work with. Not to mention potential liabilities 
for the seller. It's too bad, I guess. :(
