This topic began with a question regarding 
insuring a cel collection.  It eventual became a 
discussion regarding the law.  That thread lead 
to a lot of misinformation being presented as 
legal fact.  Luckily there were a few members on 
the board that were able to straighten out the 
info.  If it had not been for thoose people the 
majority of the readers of this thread would have 
walked away confused and misinformed regarding 
their rights in their collection and their 
ability to insure them.  This is not the first 
time I have read a thread that has deleved into 
the legal relm.
My advice is to please stop giving legal advice 
if you are not qualified to do so.  Same with 
insurance advice.  This question should have been 
posed to an insurance agent or an attorney.  Most 
people on this board are laymen and usually do 
not have the anwsers to these questions.  
Please do not take offense to this message!  I 
just hate the idea of people being misinformed.
