Another UW student ^_^?  As far as I know there 
aren't any cel shops in Seattle, but Anime 
Kingdom down in the U district does have a small 
book of cels for sale.  Nothing really 
spectacular though :(  Anime Gambit is in WA 
state somewhere... ^^  Hopefully next year more 
cel dealers will be persuaded to visit during 
Sakura Con :)
