I think Ms. Poe was only trying to warn those who 
may not have access to a translation program and, 
in thinking they are actual production cels, may 
bid way too much money on them. ^_^ 

Although, I saw a Noir fancel from this seller go 
for over $100 US dollars if I am not mistaken. I 
did ask Keigo about it, though - because I 
thought Noir was not a cel production and he 
kindly informed me that this was a doujin cel.
