Just start the auction at the lowest price you'd 
consider selling the cel for.  I also hate reserve 
priced auctions.  Do you remember what you paid 
for the cel?  I'm no Kenshin expert, but I doubt 
I'd pay more than $35 or so for that cel, just 
because of the poor image placement.  But like I 
said... I don't collect Kenshin, so I oculd be 
totally off.
