I want one too ! I wrote to Production-IG not 
long ago to know if there were any cels for sale 
(Only Yann has one, but it doesn't represent a 
Panzer...)
Here is the answer they gave me:

"Dear Olivier,

Thank you very much for your kind and encouraging 
e-mail.  We're glad to hear that you liked our 
movie, JIN-ROH.  Unfortunately, the cels are not 
on sale right now."

I guess it means that the cels will come out 
someday, but when ?
