Hi, I have just recently had something similar 
happen to me.  I bought a cel from a seller on 
Ebay, whom strangly enough, Im good friends 
with.  I paid for the cel with Paypal, which for 
me, takes 3 days to clear.  It cleared in a few 
days as usual, but it took me a while to get the 
cel.  I think you have nothing to worry about, 
give it one more week to see if you get the cel.  
And, if you need to, leave negative or neutral 
feedback.  If you have not had a pleasurable deal 
with someone, I think you have a right.  Even 
when things come up, and so and so is busy, they 
still have an obligation to let you know what's 
up with your item. Hope it all goes well....I 
hate that feeling you get when you think you 
might have been gyped....
