I was thinking about going to this convention in 
Lancaster, CA where Wendee Lee was going to 
appear. She was the American director of Outlaw 
Star and the voice of Suzuka. I was thinking of 
having her sign a cel. Does an autograph help or 
hurt a cel in terms of value and condition? Just 
wondering. Thanks!
