When the government agents break into Burn's 
house to try to find Keith, Keith goes to take a 
shot at one of them with his ice attack. Burn 
doesn't want to see someone get killed and throws 
Keith off-balance. . . The shot goes wild and 
puts a big dent in the ceiling - that is what is 
shown in that background. There shouldn't be any 
cels that go with it.

Also. . . All Psychic Force backgrounds I've seen 
have black permanent marker on their edges.  If 
anyone knows why they did this, I'd *LOVE* to 
know since it's made me very curious for a while 
now. ^_^
