I've watched Sailor Moon cels for years...
price seems to depend a LOT on popularity, ie.
how much Cartoon Network is pushing the show...

I'd say the cel is worth $200-$300 currently...
who can say what any SM (or DBZ) cel will be
worth in years to come?  (I'm not hopeful for
the cel "market")
