Celga is a bidding service that will place bids 
on Yahoo J on your behalf.  Since Yahoo Japan is 
very restricted, only Japanese citizens can be 
members, you can ask Celga to bid for you!  They 
are just SUPER I might add, go ahead and write to 
them if you see something you like!  Tell them 
Shawnna says hello!  The people who run them are 
just the most awesome cel dealers I have dealt 
with to date :)

As for Pocket, I am still lost about them, cant 
and have never gotten to their site.  I hear they 
are a bit secretive now, and only take orders 
from previous customers.  Oh well, good luck!
