I've been collecting Hameln cels for a while 
(actually, its what really got me into 
collecting)  and almost none of my TV cels have 
come with sketches either, I think i've had about 
3 in all.  I actually talked to Keys about this a 
little while ago, and it seems that there may be 
a few sequences that are left with the sketches. 

But, as for the blank sheets- I actually don't 
even remember having one of my cels come with 
that.  Hmm, maybee I just don't remember it ^^;
