And it's very simple too (very, very simple).

Four layer cel with background of a probe from 
Mahou Tsukai Tai (the layers are almost all 
airbrushing effects). Came with the sketch of 
said probe. ^_~ I provided a closeup so you can 
see it. I've shown this off once before but it 
just kills me.
