Well to answer your question, I bought the cel 
from a dealer here in Japan. I think the cel is 
awesome, and I haven't seen the series yet! About 
the why "no-eyes" comment.. I have no idea, but 
the eyes on the cel do have a pale (blue-gray?) 
color.
