The cel is one of my VERY first cels, and I am 
relunctant to sell it, but I need to clean out 
some cels!

Cel is STUCK to pencil.  2 layer cel, some paint 
chipping on mercury's boot, but its hard to see.  
Cel does come with 1 UNSTUCK pencil.

I am taking offers on this cel for 24hrs!
Then I will either sell it on ebay or leave it in 
my collection.
