Well, here are a few of my best bargain cels.  
I've shown Sei-chan here before (upper left) from 
Tokyo Babylon.  400 yen in the bargain pile.  ^^  
My newest bargain is Katori from Captain Tylor 
(upper right) 300 yen (shipping cost more than 
twice that much!).  And a couple of older 
bargains - Shinobu from Patlabor (lower left) 
cost less than $10 when I bought her a few years 
ago.  It's also the only Shinobu cel I've seen 
for sale, so not only was it cheap, but hard to 
find as well.  ^^;;  And finally Electra from 
Nadia - a more expensive bargain (around $50), 
but cheap considering the average cost of a cel 
of Electra.
