I really need to consider Wordpad, I know... it 
doesn't add strange control characters like Word 
does?  I once tried opening a file in to Word to 
use the aforementioned find/replace feature, but 
the damn thing ended up reformatted with some 
non-standard stuff... ended up ditching it and 
doing the replaces by hand as usual.
