Charging to accept Paypal is so close to a credit 
card surcharge (which is illegal in most states) 
that Paypal has put it into their terms of 
service that you MAY NOT charge more than your 
usual handling to someone who chooses to use 
Paypal. If you can't afford to absorb the fees, 
you should not use the service. You agree to 
those terms (in a legal binding way) when you 
sign up/continue to use the service, guys. Money 
orders still work fine. ^_^
