Hi,
Received a cel today with a loosely attached sketch. I started to remove it when I noticed a 
very tiny paint chip on the sketch. Anyway to fix this? It's about the size of a pinhead and it 
looks like I can take it off the sketch intact. This missing part is in the hair.
