Mandarake is fairly slow in responding to online 
orders.  There's really only one manager there 
authorized to approve sales and he practically 
runs around the store like crazy and works insane 
12-hour per day shifts.

There is an online option to order a cel right 
away.  Once you complete the order and submit it, 
it will send an electronic message to them 
automatically.

Unfortunately, it may take them 1-2 days to 
respond, but if you were first then you're still 
first.
