Last year there was a cel of Quatre from GW up
on Ebay.  It was a very cool, large cel of him 
in the Gundam, but it looked awful because of a
lot of missing lines and it looked like it had
faded something awful.  Well, I bid on it 
anyway and the price went way above my limit.  So,
long story short, I was reading some posts here
and the new owner had posted something and I 
checked out their gallery.  The cel was there and
the person explained in their comment about the
cel that it was missing a layer--the cockpit
layer that I guess defined some lines for the
cockpit and the character.  Could it be this
particular Kenshin cel is sorta the same?  Does
anyone know where this scene is from?  I'm all
curious now! :)
