but I've had good luck.  I've framed about 5
cels and have no line fading, execpt on 1.  I 
left it where sun could directly hit it, but 
removed it after noticing traces of line 
fading.  It is not one that I care about that 
much, so oh well.

I do recommend framing yourself though.  I 
bought a cheap mat cutter, and do them all now.  
I opened one of the ones I had "professionally" 
framed, and it seems they just through it all 
together.  It's cheaper in the long run as well.
