I received a new cel--a nice one of Cologne from
Ranma 1/2, but it's got some yellow paint 
splatters in one of the corners.  The paint is on
top of the cel and I wanted to know the best way
to remove it without scratching or gouging the
cel.  Drop a line here or email me if anyone
knows a good, safe method.  Check out my gallery
