I'm assuming all white outlines are hand-done in 
the studios?  I was at a cel dealers yesterday 
(Tokyo Kid in Harvard Square in MA--they have 
some good stuff) and noticing a few cels with 
white outlines.  Mostly because I've been 
painting one with white outlines (I'm not going 
to take up space in here with it, you can look at 
my fancel forum for the Deedlit cel I did using a 
white outlining technique--forum link's above) 
and I realized I really like white outlines.  
Done right, they can make a cel go from nice to 
really cool looking.  

I'd love to see some white-outlined cels from 
peoples' galleries--doesn't need to be all-white 
outlines, but the hair, or the clothing, etc to 
give it that etereal sort of look to it.
