Celga will normally hold them for a while, 
especially if you buy with them often. It saves 
on shipping to send a lot of things together.

A safe bet would be to fill out this:

Shipping Form

Emily or Marcia should get back to you fairly 
quickly on whether or not it's been received, and 
then let Keigo know to ship it. Then you should 
receive a total for shipping. ^_^
