Most "laser copy" bgs are just copies.  'Laser' 
makes it sounds all nice and high quality when a 
regular color copy is just the same. Laser just 
denotes the kind of printer used I think.  I make 
copies of my bgs all the time at Kinko's for 
other cels, or for friends and stuff.  Most of 
the time they come directly from the bg.  I have 
a hard time think you can get a nice bg print 
from a screen cap.
