i scanned this out of a japanese anime magazine, 
but i dont know what anime its from.  Not being 
able to read japanese didnt help any.  i also ask 
because i have never seen any cels of characters 
that look like this, so i dont even know if there 
are cels for this series, or if its even a series 
at all.  any info would be wonderful.
