Hallo,

I have the problem that a seller can't accept paypal
payments from international customers when the
payment comes from a credit card and not from a
bank account. I'm from Germany and paypal doesn't
accept bank account from here.
So the only way to make the money transfer is to put
money on my paypal account. I asked a friend to
transfer the money from his paypal account to mine
but i can't accept it because it's from a credit
card and not from an bank account. So i have the
same situation as the seller :(
I could upgrade my paypal to professional but that
costs and take time.
So short question: does anyone has experienced the
same problem and knows a solution for this dilemma?
