grumbles

I ordered a cel over a month ago from AWS via 
the English site, and I have not seen my 
cel.  ;_;  I paid by credit card on Dec 14 and 
still no cel.  The charge cleared my account, 
too.  I have tried emailing, but to no avail. 

I know that they are revamping their site so 
perhaps it's a bit chaotic over there but...

has anyone else had any difficulty with them in 
the past month or 2?  

I ordered a cel once from them once and it went 
smoothly...
