Can anyone tell me what bank cel is?
I think it's used for several times, so the 
animator decided to deposit a cel and 
withdraw them everytime they need. rather 
than draw them everytime. So I guess that's 
why the cel is named bank. but not for sure.
I think it's more valuable than ordinary cel, isn't 
it? I heard bank cel is not with matching 
sketch because studio doesn't care about 
sketch, is it true?
