I'm pretty sure the scene is from where Chichiri, 
Tasuki and Miaka had gone to Kutou and were 
trying to get out after the battle of Tasuki and 
Tamahome. 

The seishi were sending their chi to protect them 
and help them get back.  Nice cel!  Now I've got 
to make a post to share my new Nuriko cel ^___^
